King Prawns sautéed in garlic & olive oil (don’t be fooled by the simple sound of this – once Saida’a worked her magic it all be anything but simple!)

Grilled Merguez with vegetables cooked in an aromatic broth fragranced with saffron & Ras al Hanout accompanied by fluffy steamed cous cous and little dishes of harissa, marinated chick peas and a mint & sultana dip
